Hello! Here's your order tracking guide!
Thank you for choosing us! We know you can't wait to receive your package, so we've prepared a variety of convenient tracking methods to let you know the status of your order anytime, anywhere.

How to track your order

1. Track through your account

Log in to our website/app, click the "My Orders" icon at the bottom of the home page, and select the order you want to view. You can check the status of your order in real time:

2. Tracking via SMS notification

We'll send text notifications to the mobile number you provided at checkout - no login required! You will receive the following SMS reminder:

Order has been shipped

The package has been delivered

- In case of any delays

3. Tracking via shipping confirmation email
Within 1 hour after the package is shipped, we will send a delivery confirmation email to your registered email address. Just click the "Track Now" button in the email to jump to the tracking page of the express company (UPS/USPS/DHL) to check the latest logistics status.

If you can't find your tracking information, or your order status hasn't been updated in more than 3 business days, don't worry - we're here to help:

Regarding delays:
Occasionally, customs inspections, bad weather, or peak seasons (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas) may cause delays. If this happens, we will promptly notify you of the estimated delivery date via SMS/email and provide a small discount as compensation if necessary.
